30 Rock Season 3 Finale: “Kidney Now!”
Jack Donaghy 利用自己的人情債和力量，找來Moby，Norah Jones，Elvis Costello，Mary J. Blige，Sheryl Crow等十數個星級歌手合唱一曲”He needs a Kidney”，為剛相認的父親Milton Greene尋找合適的腎臟移植。
歌(唱得)非常好聽，詞很好笑，我聽上癮! (ﾟ∀ﾟ)
Elvis Costello: “Listen, when someone start talking during the middle of the song, you know it is serious”
The Beastie Boys & Talib Kweli: “If you had two dogs attacking you, you’d want just one, there i proved my point!”"
這個惡搞味甚重的星光熠熠大合唱劇情，讓我想起年多前Jimmy Kimmel為了反擊前女友Sarah Silverman的短片”I’m Fucking Matt Damon” ，找來Brad Pitt, Don Cheadle, Cameron Diaz, Robin Williams等十數個星級演員合演的”I’m Fucking Ben Affleck”:

30 Rock連續兩年奪得最佳喜劇獎，固然可喜可賀。但節目收視持續未如理想，平均收看人次只有六百多萬。在收視主導的年代，NBC 可以忍受多久?
在德發商場見到30 Rock的三區行貨DVD，其中文劇名是… 娛樂揸Fit人。

WGA罷工復播的時間過得特別快，這季的30 Rock又係時間講Bye Bye… 九月見，嗚嗚。
續上回，由於Jack Donaghy在GE的地位不保，最終他去了他形容為”沈船”的布殊政府，在國土安全部當上一職。

政府公關式回答:
Jack: “The celling is leaking”
Cooter: “No, it’s not. I can show you the study.”
Jack: “You don’t have pens?”

GE在Jack心目中有多重要? “The head of GE serves this country…. He brings good things to light.” 哈，一語雙關，原來辦公室連電燈也沒有。
終於Jacky Boy和Cooter也受不了這架沈船。他們想辭職，但上司不肯，唯有自己找方法博被抄。And what did they find? Gay bomb。
幾個月報紙提及美國曾經發展Gay Bomb，但失敗了。
不過嗎，他們的如意算盤打不響。三個月後，Jack和Cooter在五角大廈中向擬似”美國副總統”匯報Gay Bomb的發展情況。本來嗎，Gay Bomb做不成武器，因為它要在空氣不流通及近距離才生效。怎料，Cooter在這個密室中打破了試驗品….. Jack: “Let’s do this.”
iLLL! 
故事B，Kenneth要報名當北京奧運義工。哈哈，這集的內容真是緊貼時事。
Kenneth問Pete有沒有機會參與奧運。原來Pete曾經是運動員，但因為美國抵制了莫斯科奧運，所以他沒有機會參與…
繼我大前日聽到Kenny G不停講中文後，這集30 Rock一眾演員又大講普通話，哈哈哈哈。最終Kenneth成功去了北京，郤遇上了黑幫? 繼Jack那條Gay Bomb伏線後，另一條有趣的第三季伏線。
30 Rock Episode 2×14 “Sandwich Day” Recap
最近心情 o既傷感又苦悶，幸好30 Rock又播放了。雖然這集只是一般的有趣，但足已Save my day。

“醒呀! 希拉莉當了總統呀!!” GE的CEO Don Geiss昏迷了，Jack在GE的權力不保，Freak Out了，只好努力把他弄醒。
“我捨不得你 ~Yeah~ Yeah” Jack被調往12樓工作，他的好助手Johnthon在他離開時唱著: “I will remember you. Will you remember me?…”
Floyd is back。為了向Floyd証明他離去後，Liz比以往活得更好 (Hell no!)，Pete利用了電視台的魔法，紅衫打燈吹風扇，把平日不修邊幅的Liz打造成一個索女… (?!)
“Where is my sandwich !!!” Liz 為三文治發狂. “I’m going to cut your face up so bad, you’ll have a chin. (turns to everyone) You’ll all have chins!” O_O
這一集 story C的爆笑位竟然是落在Liz身上。話說Liz追趕Floyd至機場，但機場保安不許三文治和她一起通過。
“Leave the sandwich?… leave the sandwich….. hmm” 在男人和三文治之間，她兩樣都要! Liz十分不願意地在機場保安員面前，用上一個二十秒的鏡頭把三文治吃掉，好一個可愛笨女人。

Trivia 2: Google了Cleveland + Ikea，看來是一個地區性的Inside Joke。當地經過多番努力還是未有一間Ikea…..
Btw, 今集竟然沒有Cold Opening，奇怪。
30 Rock Episode 2×05 “Greenzo” Recap
嘩哈哈，我又潮左，慢左兩個星期才收看上上星期和上星期的30 Rock。
David Schwimmer客串，當上GE的激進狂熱環境保護代言人”Greenzo”: “Saving The Environment While Maintaining Profitability.”
Liz回想獨自參加Kenneth悶蛋派對的情況: 這次她扮演Harry Potter, Kenneth扮演Austin Powers, LOL
Jack參加完Kenneth瘋狂派對後的髮型… 嘩哈哈
一大班人被Tracy騙了，以為有明星參加，於是紛紛去了Kenneth的派對。大家不願回想派對的情況，於是用了Lost形式的Flash back 回顧。哦，原來發生了很多的打鬥，爆樽，不分男女的激情擁抱接吻事件。但Liz, 你對Grizz和Dot Com做過甚麼，讓這兩個大男人痛哭起來? XD
因為Greenzo暴走，Jack找來Al Gore做環保代言人。耳聽八方的Al Gore突然說道: “Quiet… A whale is in trouble, I have to go!” 美國超人式除下外套便逃了 XDDD
Al Gore還提出在NBC一個星期節目中以環保為主題的主意，這個不正是那個星期NBC和這集30 Rock所做的事嗎? 哈哈哈哈。
果然是SNL成員大集會。
30 Rock 我為喜劇狂
今日蘋果日報娛樂版:
….. 反 而 收 視 極 低 、 講 述 紐 約 電 視 台 辦 公 室 政 治 的 《 30 Rock 》 卻 冷 手 奪 得 此 喜 劇 最 高 殊 榮 ， 叫 人 嘖 嘖 稱 奇 ， 連 監 製 上 台 領 獎 時 也 說 ： 「 我 們 下 季 會 加 入 大 量 具 知 名 度 演 員 ， 希 望 大 家 會 支 持 。 」
唔係馬後砲，不過上年十月和今年三月我已經在此提過第59屆艾美獎喜劇類最佳影集得主30 Rock好睇。:-P
替蘋果日報娛樂版補完一下: 30 Rock 是NBC電視台上一季受Saturday Night Live(類似香港歡樂今宵，有超過三十年歷史的現場綜藝節目) 影響/啟發 (另一套是Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip)，以一個現場喜劇節目幕後故事為題材的處境喜劇。
30 Rock是由SNL第一位女性首席編劇 (Head Writer)，曾經在2001年嬴得WGA寫作獎項和2002年嬴得Emmy獎項的Tina Fey構思，監制，編劇和演出的作品。演員方面有極具喜劇感的巨星Alec Baldwin (曾經13次主持SNL) 和前SNL演員 (1996-2003年度) Tracy Morgan坐鎮。加上有一眾SNL演員如Jason Sudeikis，Chris Parnell (記得Lazy Sunday的短片嗎?) 和Rachel Dratch等客串，30 Rock的演員和編劇實力其實相當強橫。
雖然30 Rock第一季的平均收視只有五百八十萬人次，比起對手Ugly Betty的一千一百萬或者The Office的八百萬人次為少，以Nelson Rating全年計更只是排102位。 (說起上來，Studio 60其實排61， WTF!) 但30 Rock的口碑相當不俗，TV Guide，Entertainment Weekly，Wall Street Journal等刊物先後稱讚這套喜劇為本年最有趣的節目之一。
本劇名稱30 Rock，唔係指三十歲好Rock (笑)，而是NBC 紐約電視廠所在地30 Rockefeller Plaza的GE Building 地址的簡稱。而拍攝SNL的Studio 8H正是在30 Rockefeller Plaza內。30 Rock這個名稱正好暗示這套喜劇是NBC 戲外戲內的一個節目和工作環境。
其實我始終唔認為無線會主動買30 Rock的播映權，理由還是上次的“香港無播SNL而無記自家既歡樂今宵或者笑星救地球收左皮十幾年”。
最後一提”起用大量具知名度演員”這回事，Tina Fey才剛剛提到…
I would really like to try to live in the world of the characters we’ve created for a little bit. We had a lot of great guest stars last year, but I also feel like there’s a lot we could explore with the characters that we have. And I’d like to leave a little breathing room in the show, to let viewers keep up a little. I feel like sometimes it was a little too dense, the shows last year. In a way, [it was] the thing that made Arrested Development so great, but I wonder if it will help new viewers come to the show if it’s a little less packed.
題外話:
1. Prison Break在美國兩季的的平均收視有九百萬人次，第二季在Nelson Rating全年計是排51位; Heroes有一千四百萬人次，排第21位; Desperate Housewives有一千七百萬人次，排第10位; 亞視購入的Cold Case排第19位，Grey’s Anatomy排第6位，CSI排第4位… (資料來自Hollywood Reporter)
2. 當年笑聲救地球o既乜太與季的造型是抄SNL其中一個Sketch “Save the Liver”。那個”鬼婆乜太”是由Dan Aykroyd所演。
